Wow! The pork sandwich was amazing. The pork was not fatty and you got a good portion. I like that they only but a little sauce on the sandwich so that you can add additionaadditional of you want. It was hard to pick out what sauce I wanted from the dispensers near the soda machine. Would have liked to been easier to understand which is which. Prices are spendy but BBQ can be. I was in there during a weekday at 2p and got my food in under 5 mins. Staff was nice. Dining room small. I recommend order take out unless you need a quick eat during lunch. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other meats.
I prefer Rollin Smokes bbq compared to the other in the area. Great flavor on the meat. Great sides and huge array of sauces. Chef even hooked it up with some extra ribs because I had to wait a little
Great smoking bbq. Gone especially for the beef ribs and wasn't disappointed. The ribs plate plus 1 extra beef rib was enough for 3+ guys, bbq aroma and fatty texture plus smoked texture. The pork ribs were so so, I didn't go for them anyway.
Rollin Smoke it has been on my list to try. We ordered the trio plate with brisket and two hot links with side of loaded potato salad. We also ordered the plate with loaded potato salad. We purchased a half pound of burnt ends and a quart of the loaded mashed potatoes. Everything we purchased was flavorful and delicious. The beef rib was phenomenal. It was so tender and delicious. That was my favorite! Overall, everything was really tasty!!
A regular for our family to order: D's Delicious Sampler (Mac n cheese, potato salad) Burnt Ends (I insist on this but it may be too sweet or fatty for some) Collard greens Chipotle coleslaw So good. We're always ooo and awwwing during and after our meal. Food coma central for sure. This is a great place to take your family for a meal or to take to go. Regular staple in my household. We'll be ordering again soon.
Rollin Smoke BBQ has been on my to-try list for a while and finally made it there to check it out. The original location is near The Strip and since I was staying out in Summerlin, getting to this location was so convenient. Arriving at 5:20pm, there were no diners in the dining room, but some customers were picking up takeout orders. We stared at the large menu board behind the counter to determine what to order. With the help of the clerk, we ordered Trio Choice of 3 Meats, which we chose brisket, 2 spare ribs, upgraded the third item to burnt ends and selected corn bread for the side item. We also added the "world famous" beef ribs. Check in on Yelp and get a complementary "Mama's' Banana Pudding. On the condiments station, they have five different BBQ sauces that you can pour into containers to bring to your table or cap it to go. For the three meats, the burnt ends were tasty. The spare ribs were good, but nothing special. The brisket was very lean so it was a little dry and it helped with bbq sauce on it. If I do order it again, I would request less lean brisket if possible. But the BBQ beef ribs were so delicious. No wonder they're "world famous". The ribs were thick, meaty and so moist that it just about fell off the bone. These ribs are a must order. The banana pudding was topped with nilla wafers and whipped cream. It was tasty and was not overly sweet. Glad I finally made it here. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was pretty full by the time we left. I'll be back again for the BBQ beef ribs. So delish!
I started watching Barbecue Showdown on Netflix and I was like I HAVE TO GO EAT BBQ!!..LOL.. I need to know what BURNT ENDS ARE and see if its tender and juicy and delicious as they say they are. Then I remembered seeing a BBQ PLACE close to my house and i was like, I HAVE TO GO! ROLLIN SMOKE BARBECUE you did not disappoint. Cute place, has a really good vibe to it. Items ORDERED Pulled pork ( veeeeery good) Hot links ( me like) BBQ rib tips ( great flavor ) BURNT ENDS - They were AMAZING, super tender, very flavorful, they were just as they said they would be Shrimp ( not too bad ) For sides we ordered Sweet potato fries Waffle fries Corn bread It wasn't just me eating by the way, it was 3 of us but I did eat most of the BURNT ENDS, I even used the little Xtra sauce from the burnt ends for my sweet potato fries. We were super excited that I know we did order alot, but that's ok .. we take it home for later..lol. We will definitely be coming back. There's lots more to try.
TL:DR - some of the best BBQ ribs and brisket, onion strings and burnt ends Order at the counter, and food is brought out to you if you eat in. Counter person was helpful in guiding us to what we should order for our party of 3. The ambiance is very southern/BBQ, feels welcoming. The food came out fairly quickly. What we had: - Full rack of St. Louis pork ribs. These are dry rubbed with a tiny bit of sauce drizzled on them. WOW. They are some of the best ribs I've had. Meaty, with the right amount of pull off the bone, and juicy. Great flavor. - Brisket - tender. - Burnt ends - very tender, not at all dried out. - Shredded beef - very good - Hush puppies - very good - Fried onion strings - nice amount of spiciness, and fried perfectly. Very good. - Peach and cherry cobblers - delicious. The dough is more like a cross between a bread pudding and a streusel cake. There's a nice crunch that is a good contrast to the fruit.
